Dr. Wisotzkey is a molecular biologist by training and a storyteller by instinct. He has led high-impact clinical genomics and molecular diagnostic programs across several states in the U.S. In his leadership roles as Chief Scientific Officer and Clinical Laboratory Director, he has been on front lines of crisis, rapid growth, and quiet pressure that leaders rarely talk about. His work spans scientific publications, clinical trials, hundreds of invited presentations and keynotes nationwide. He is the author of Instant Credibility and The Quiet Mic Drop. As the founder of SpeakWorth™ a leadership brand, Jeff teaches professionals how to lead with presence, communicate with purpose, and navigate pressure with a bit more grace, and a lot more humanity. When he’s not in the lab or on stage, Jeff continues exploring what makes leadership ‘stick’: the moments where science meets emotion, strategy meets story, and a single well-timed line, spoken with heart, can lighten the load for everyone in the room.
