Kiran is an international lawyer with over a decade of experience in advising governments of various developing nations. He currently serves as a Consultant, and as a Legal Advisor to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of The Bahamas, advising on Space Law and International Law. He gained valuable experience of representing the interests of several States in Asia and Africa while he was a senior official with the Asian-African Legal Consultative Organization (AALCO). He specialized in Space law as an Erin Arsenault Graduate Fellow at the Institute of Air and Space Law (IASL), McGill University, Canada.
